Prajesh Acharya (Raj) is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in public accounting. During his career in public accounting he has served as a partner and as a managing partner of a medium sized accounting firm. He has provided tax advisory, auditing and consulting services to various entities and individuals in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties of California. His tax and A&A expertise are in the areas of farming entities, construction contractors, oil and gas interests, medical practices, restaurants, retails and non-profit organizations. His consulting experience extends to among others in apparel industries, local governments (special districts) and mutual water companies.

He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA). Raj also served as the president of CalCPA Channel Counties Chapter during 2012-2013. A native of Nepal, Raj is fluent in Nepali and Hindi (Indian) languages.
